Wolters Grace Construction is a standalone GC and secured facility systems integrator. We work across a roster of TS-SCIF manufacturers and own everything that happens after the unit leaves the factory floor.

Civil & Site Work
- Zone-based earthwork, cut/fill and grading
- PCCP and asphalt paving, sidewalks, curb and gutter
- Aggregate base course and site drainage
- Clearing, demolition and topsoil strip
- Concrete — generator and ATS pads, slabs, light pole foundations
Power, Electrical & Fiber
- Fiber, structured cabling and site telecom — self-performed
- TEMPEST-compliant materials and installation per CNSSI 7003
- Generator installation up to 2MW; ATS and MDP switchgear
- Ground ring and grounding electrode systems
- Site lighting, conduit and duct bank systems
Security, SCIF & Structures
- SCIF integration — unit set, seal, fit-out and site construction
- UFC 3-501-01 security fencing, gates, bollards, turnstiles
- NEMA 3R outdoor equipment racks and enclosures
- PEMB canopies; modular set, stairs, ramps and awnings
- Furniture — office, lobby and breakroom

Port to punch list
Receive & Transport
Secure modular units moved from port to base storage to the install site.
Elevated footings built; crane pick-and-set onto new foundations.
Sealing and waterproofing, interior finish carpentry, stairs, ramps, awnings and skirting.
Grounding, power, fiber and telecom, secured fencing and site work.
Furniture, testing, commissioning and handover — one party accountable for the interfaces.
Multi-site SCIF delivery
Five SCIFs under concurrent execution on USMC installations, issued under a USACE prime contract. Identical scope at every site; sub network and compliance templates already built and running.
